Shoprite “Class of 2016” Initiative
Objective:
To conceptualise and create an exciting competition around the Shoprite “Class of” initiative.
Insight:
Shoprite has over 420 Shoprite stores sponsoring a child's school fees for a year through the “Class of” initiative. Each store will announce one winner.
Rationale:
By creating an entry mechanic and in-store point of sale, Shoprite was able to get kids to enter the competition by writing what they would like to be when they grow up. Shoprite was able to choose a winner from each store. Three of these winners were then used in print adverts to showcase the Shoprite “Class of” initiative.
